Training in Process Oriented Psychotherapy
Process Oriented Psychology (also Process Work), developed by Dr Arnold Mindell over the past 40 years; is an experiential psychotherapy and cross cultural approach to life, that follows the wisdom of our personal natural experience in order to find new meaning.
This non-judgemental approach assumes that even in the most difficult and strange experience a potentially meaningful message can be found when approached with curiosity and sensitivity.
One aspect of Process Work: ‘Deambodywork’ assumes that night dreams, daydreams and dreaming processes during our waking states give us tools to interpret deeper meanings about our lives.

The Process Work idea and its methods are applicable to a wide spectrum of areas of life. These include the work with individuals, relationships, children, families and groups.
