Relationship therapy focuses on your relationship with another person.
This could be your partner, family, friends, peers or work colleagues.
Silvia’s Process Oriented approach to couple and relationships work is to look at the dynamic between two people. If you feel disconnected or unhappy in a relationship, there are likely to be some underlying issues. Once those issues are discovered and understood, Silvia will then help you - with practical tools - to find that connection again.
Silvia works with children aged 5-10, using art, play therapy and sand-tray work to explore emotional issues.
Play therapy can create a safe space for children to process difficult emotions and, through this, raise their self-confidence.
Through re-enactment of problematic situations in play – sometimes with selected figurines in a sand tray - emotional issues become easier for the child to see and creative solutions can be found.
Family therapy looks at communication and relationship dynamics between your relatives and aims to create new meaningful change for everyone.
